"I am where I was meant to be....with a dog always beside me"

I was raised in a home that loved dogs. From the time I was 8 years old, I would travel with my mom and sister across the country showing dogs with them. I got my first very own show dog in 1991 when I was nine years old, a Mastiff.  I finished her Championship as well as qualified in obedience with her.  I was hooked. I began competing in Junior Showmanship and working for professional handlers every weekend, who were my greatest mentors.  Once I  aged out of Juniors and began college, I went on my own as Erin Piercy Professional Handling which helped pay my way through college where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing from Cal State University Chico in 2006.  I am a fourth generation graduate of Chico State.  After college, I began professionally handling full time as that is where my talent and love for the dog world lead me, answering the often asked question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” It just seemed like a natural career choice for me. My heart dogs are Rottweilers and French Bulldogs but I love being on the end of the lead for all breeds and sizes of dogs.  I immensely enjoy what I do.  It is not a job for me, it is a passion that I truly love.
